Upon graduation from St. Mary's School of Law in May 1984, Lee Hernandez established the Law Offices of Lee Hernandez, P.C., for the representation of both individuals and businesses. As a Senior Associate Editor for the Law Journal at his law school, Lee understood the need for quality representation at a reasonable fee. The firm accepts cases on an hourly basis, a fixed-fee basis or, on occasion, a contingency-fee (no fee if no recovery) basis. The client is obligated for payment of court costs and expenses, regardless of recovery.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from San Antonio International Airport and 10 minutes from the Courthouse. We represent clients throughout Texas. Attorney Hernandez is licensed to appear in state courts, and he is licensed in Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas. Currently we serve clients throughout the United States and Mexico.
