Upon graduation from St. Mary's School of Law in May 1984, Lee Hernandez established the Law Offices of Lee Hernandez, P.C., for the representation of both individuals and businesses. As a Senior Associate Editor for the Law Journal at his law school, Lee understood the need for quality legal work and a deep understanding of the issues. Now at his own firm, Lee has created a culture of hard work and professional client service.
The firm accepts cases on an hourly basis, a fixed-fee basis or, on occasion, a contingency-fee (no fee if no recovery) basis. The client is obligated for payment of court costs and expenses, regardless of recovery.

We are conveniently located one block west of the Interstate 10 and Loop 410 interchange, approximately five minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the courthouse. Attorney Hernandez is licensed to appear in Texas state courts, and he is licensed in Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas. Currently, we serve clients throughout Texas, the United States and many foreign countries.
Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, with after-hours and weekend appointments available. We provide an initial consultation at no charge.
